We believe that our ethical values are crucial for maintaining a success-focused and peaceful working environment in the university, hence a document on “Rules of Ethical Behavior and Implementation Principles” has been prepared to ensure that these values are equally widespread among all academic and administrative staff and transmitted to future generations.

To assure that “Rules of Ethical Behavior and Implementation Principles” are understood in detail and adopted by employees, these principles and supporting procedures are published as booklets and shared with all academic and administrative staff. Experts are conducting awareness-raising on sensitive topics such as ethics, workplace psychological harassment, and sexual harassment so that these ethical principles can be adopted, and awareness is established at our university.
